Deadline for Speaker Proposals for Telecom2008 at the NAB Show is November 1st

 

Telecom2008 Focuses on IPTV

 

Vienna, VA – October 10, 2007 – Team Lightbulb, a premier conference, trade show and event planning and management organization, announced today that the deadline for speaker proposals for Telecom2008 is November 1, 2007. Proposals for technical papers on all topics relevant to carriers and telecom professionals as they deploy or consider deploying IPTV and other next generation video networks are invited. Possible topics include:

  • Content Acquisition (the technical aspects of ingestion, acquisition and distribution)

  • WiMAX Deployments

  • Other New Video and Wireless Technologies

Accepted speakers will be notified by December 15, 2007.

 

Telecom2008 builds on the success of last year’s conference, which attracted the largest telecom audience ever to attend an NAB Show. Presentations at last year’s conference were delivered by IPTV executives and technologists from leading technology companies on a wide range of topics. Telecom2008 Technology Papers at the NAB Show will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on April 15-16, 2008.
